What happens when it rains?
If you have a cleaning scheduled with us on a rainy day, we will reschedule you to the next available dry day. If it rains after your window has been cleaned, don’t worry! Rainwater is not polluted and won’t leave any water marks on your windows.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?
For residential properties, we recommend cleaning windows at least twice a year. However, if you live near the lake, a construction site, or an area with high pollen or dust, you may benefit from quarterly cleanings.
Do you clean both the inside and outside of windows?
Yes! We offer both interior and exterior window cleaning services. You can choose either or both, depending on your needs.
Do you clean window frames, sills and tracks?
Yes! Cleaning of frames, tracks and sills are cleaned for free to ensure a thorough job.
Do I need to be home for the service?
For exterior-only cleaning, you don’t need to be home as long as we have access to the windows. If you want interior cleaning, someone should be present to provide access.
